Crypto Payment
Crypto Deposits Accepted at altra66
Cryptocurrency is growing in popularity among Malaysia online casino players. altra66 supports three major coins — all usable for deposits and withdrawals with a fast process and lower fees.
The minimum deposit remains at RM20 (equivalent), and withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, subject to blockchain network confirmation.
⚠ Crypto is available to players aged 21 and above only. Crypto values can fluctuate.
Tether
A stablecoin not affected by crypto price swings. The USDT value pegged to USD makes it the most stable option for deposits and withdrawals.
Bitcoin
The most recognised crypto in the world. BTC transactions are recorded on a public blockchain with security that has been proven for over a decade.
Ethereum
A fast and reliable smart contract network. ETH transaction fees are generally lower and confirmation times are shorter compared to BTC.
VIP Programme
Level Up and Enjoy Weekly Cashback
altra66 recognises player loyalty through a tiered VIP programme. The more you play, the higher your tier — and the more weekly cashback you receive.
Bronze
Weekly cashback
The starting tier for new members who are actively playing.
Silver
Weekly cashback
Reached when your playing activity becomes more consistent.
Gold
Weekly cashback
For players who play regularly and actively every week.
Platinum
Weekly cashback
Loyal members with a strong and consistent playing record.
Diamond
Weekly cashback
The highest tier — exclusive privileges and priority support.
How to Move Up a Tier
VIP tier upgrades happen automatically when your playing record meets the criteria set by the altra66 system. You do not need to apply — the platform will verify and upgrade your account on its own.
Playing consistently across multiple categories — slots, live casino, or sports betting — all contribute to your tier progress. Cashback is credited to your account every week with no need to claim it manually.
Long-Term Rewards
We Value Every altra66 Member
Besides the weekly VIP cashback, altra66 offers two special programmes that reflect our appreciation for loyal players.
Birthday Reward
Every altra66 member receives a special reward on their birthday. The value of the reward grows with your VIP tier — the higher the tier, the greater the reward.
This reward is credited automatically within a set period around your birthday, with no action required on your part.
Refer a Friend
Share your unique referral code with friends. When a friend registers using your code and makes their first deposit, both of you will receive a reward as our way of saying thank you.
This programme has no limit on the number of friends you can refer — the more friends you introduce to altra66, the more rewards you can claim.
Live Betting
Real-Time Betting and Cash Out
Live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds shift with the flow of the game — goals, red cards, or team momentum can change the odds in real time.
Markets may pause briefly after a major event such as a goal or penalty, then reopen with new odds. This is normal and not a technical issue.
What is Cash Out?
Cash Out lets you settle a bet early — either in full or partially — at the current value reflecting live odds. You can use it to lock in an early profit or reduce a loss before the match ends.
Popular Live Markets
Live Asian Handicap
The handicap line is adjusted throughout the match based on the current score. Team A receives an advantage or handicap depending on real-time performance.
Half-Time Over/Under
Bet on whether the total number of goals in the first half will be over or under the set line. Odds change as the minutes pass.
Next Team to Score
This bet opens up opportunities at every moment of the match — odds increase as the match approaches full time without a goal.
Total Corners (Football)
A popular market for defensive matches — bet on how many corner kicks will occur in the remaining time.
Set Winner (Badminton)
A specific option for badminton — bet on who will win the next set. Great to use while watching the Badminton Super League or Thomas Cup.
3 Tips for Using Cash Out Wisely
Monitor odds actively — Cash Out is only worthwhile if you are following the match live.
Use partial Cash Out — Keep part of the bet open for a potential full win while locking in some profit.
Don't panic and cash out too early — The cash out value reflects live odds that may not be favourable if your team is still in the game.

Licensing and Player Protection
Operating Under International Licensing
altra66 operates under international licensing that requires compliance with set operating standards, including player fund protection and the use of independently audited random number generators (RNG). We do not claim licensing from any Malaysian government body — no such licence exists for online casinos in Malaysia.
Independent RNG Testing
Our random number generator is audited by an independent third party to ensure game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated.
Player Funds Segregated
Player funds are held in an account separate from the company's operating funds — protecting your balance at all times.
21+ Age Verification
All players must confirm they are at least 21 years old upon registration, in line with international operator standards.
Responsible Gambling Programme
Deposit limit tools, self-exclusion options, and links to support resources are available to all members at no extra cost.
Responsible Gambling
Play With Awareness and Responsibility
altra66 believes gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of stress. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you manage your own playing experience.
Personal Deposit Limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you deposit. These limits cannot be raised immediately — there is a waiting period that protects your decision.
Play Time Reminders
Receive a notification when you have been playing for a set period, so you can make a conscious decision whether to continue or stop.
Self-Break
If you feel you need a break, the self-break feature lets you temporarily suspend access to your account — from a few days up to several months.
Self-Exclusion
A permanent self-exclusion option is available for players who wish to stop entirely. The 24/7 support team can help process these requests.
Online gambling at altra66 is for members aged 21 and above only. Account registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited.
