Clause 1 Definitions and Scope

"altra66" or "Platform" refers to the website altra66.net and all related services operated by it, including slot games, live casino, sports betting and fast games. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the platform. "Terms" means this entire document together with any attachments, additional policies or amendments enforced from time to time.

These terms govern the relationship between altra66 and each member in its entirety. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which also form part of this agreement.

Clause 2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on the altra66 platform, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is in accordance with the laws applicable in the user's location.

altra66 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. All information provided during registration is subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures which may be carried out at any time.

Clause 3 User Responsibilities

Each member bears full responsibility for all activity that takes place within their account. The following are key responsibilities that must be observed:

• Keep your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with any other party.
• Notify the altra66 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not use automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanism that could provide an unfair advantage during play.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity, forgery or attempts to exploit the platform's systems.
• Not use the platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Ensure that funds used for deposits are from a legitimate source and belong to you.

A breach of any of the above responsibilities may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of the account balance without prior notice, depending on the severity of the breach.

Clause 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

altra66 provides a range of payment methods for members' convenience, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all available payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• altra66 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
• Any withdrawal attempt that appears suspicious or inconsistent with the member's usual activity may be held for further investigation.

All amounts displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless for cryptocurrency transactions, which will be converted based on the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

Clause 5 Bonuses and Promotions

altra66 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated alongside that promotion. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless stated otherwise.
• altra66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any detected misuse of bonuses, such as using multiple accounts or inconsistent betting strategies, may result in the bonus being voided.
• VIP bonuses and weekly cashback are calculated based on each tier's eligibility — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Clause 6 Games and Betting

The altra66 platform offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook and other games. All available games are provided by licensed and recognised providers.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear and substantiated evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, altra66 will review the game logs and make a fair decision based on the available data.
• altra66 reserves the right to set betting limits on any game or for any member at management's discretion.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform software is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

Clause 7 Account Closure and Restriction

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the altra66 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once the identity verification process is complete.

altra66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Submission of false information or invalid verification documents.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward staff or other members.
• Mandatory request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Suspicious activity closely linked to financial fraud or money laundering.

Clause 8 Limitation of Liability

The altra66 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, altra66 is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond altra66's control, including third-party infrastructure failures or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's own negligence.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party game providers.

altra66's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Clause 9 Privacy and Data Security

altra66 collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes stated in that Privacy Policy, including:

• Identity verification and compliance with KYC requirements.
• Secure processing of financial transactions.
• Improvement of products and services provided.
• Account-related communications, promotions and important updates.

altra66 applies high data security standards and will not sell or disclose members' personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Clause 10 Responsible Gambling

altra66 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. Our platform provides self-control tools to members, including deposit limit options, wagering limits and self-exclusion options for members who feel they need a break from the platform.

• Members may request a temporary or permanent restriction on their account through customer support.

Clause 11 Disputes and Mediation

Should any dispute arise relating to an account, transaction or game outcome, the member must first contact the altra66 customer support team via live chat or email. altra66 is committed to resolving all disputes within a reasonable time and in a fair manner.

If an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, the member has the right to refer the dispute to a regulatory body or independent mediator recognised under altra66's international licence. The mediator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

All disputes must be filed within 30 days of the date of the incident giving rise to the dispute. Disputes filed after this period will not be considered.

Clause 12 Miscellaneous Provisions

These terms and conditions are read and interpreted in accordance with the principles of international law applicable to altra66's licence. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.

• altra66's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between altra66 and the member regarding use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• The Malay and English versions of these Terms are provided for reference; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes.
• altra66 may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a related entity without the member's prior consent, with reasonable notice given.
